  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and do not include processing time. Aromisti is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We are planning to expand our shipping destinations in the future. Please check back for updates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages: Please provide photos of the damaged package and items when contacting us.

Lost Packages: We will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the package cannot be located, we will reship your order or issue a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Aromisti is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
