Refund and Return Policy
At Aromisti, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, handcrafted eco-home goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@aromisti.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the RMA number on the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@aromisti.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@aromisti.com and send your item to the address provided by our customer support team.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@aromisti.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@aromisti.com with your order number. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
